The Agritourism Pian del Noce is situated in the middle of the Tuscan Maremma near the picturesque village Pereta (Its old tower is said to be the place, where Pia dei Tolomei, famous character in Dante’s Divine Comedy, was imprisoned.). It is in a green hilly estate of 70 hectares with centuries-old oak woods, cultivated fields, vineyards and two little ponds fed by spring waters. You can reach the old Saturnia spa in 25 minutes by car, driving along delightful roads through the country of Maremma.

In about 35 minutes you can drive to medieval villages, Etruscan ruins, natural parks and Argentario coast with the wonderful tongue of land called Feniglia, two picturesque ports: Porto Ercole and Porto S. Stefano. There are many little stony bays and also  the boarding points to Del Giglio and Giannutri islands.

In this area you can also find the natural park of Uccellina and its long beaches, the slopes of mount Amiata with its chestnut woods, ancient villages and the thermal springs.
Our agritourism is open all the year round. It is an old renovated stone farmhouse, consisting of four independent bedrooms with bathroom and a wide sitting room with kitchen. (There are also four fridges (one per room).

	The rooms Carmen, Clarissa, Palm and Rosmarino can hold from two to five people. On demand, we will serve our guests breakfast with homemade bread, jams and other products of the season from our organic cultivation.

The stone farmhouse dates back to the end of the 18^th century. Later it was enlarged and then completely renovated.
In the past it was the residence of a métayer family that managed the estate lands. Today the agritourism has the same simple and natural style of the past. It was built on the ground floor. The common sitting room (it was a stable) is around 50 sqm wide and provided with an equipped kitchen, a reading and video room. It can be used from little groups for dancing and yoga courses, meetings or other activities. All four rooms have private bathroom and independent entrance from the outside (Clarissa and Rosmarino also have entrance from the sitting room. ). Rosmarino is the most intimate room and has the fireplace. Carmen is the largest room and has the bathroom with tub. All rooms are provided with a ceiling fan to ensure a pleasant stay (also) in summer.
